This 2 day event is designed for a team of 6-8 people. Each team must include the pastor and a minimum of 3 key lay people (non-staff) and all must participate in the entire event. Because lay participation is so vital, this has been scheduled for a Saturday and Sunday. Pulpit supply needs to be arranged so pastors can full participate with the team.
