AIHEC Winter 2015 Meeting & Hill Visits 

The AIHEC WInter 2015 Meeting and Capitol Hill Days will be held at the Holiday Inn Captiol in Washington, DC on February 9-12, 2015. Travel days are Sunday, February 8 and LATE on Thursday, February 12 or Friday, February 13.  A USDA-AIHEC Leadership Group meeting (for presidents and board members) is tentatively scheduled for the afternoon of Thursday, February 12.  A detailed schedule of events and logistics memo can be found on the AIHEC website at www.aihec.org (see below).  Please note:  it is very important to register ALL participants for this meeting. Please have ONE person from your institution register your entire group. IMPORTANT Webinars:  To prepare for the Hill visits, AIHEC will host two webinars on Friday, January 23, 2015 and Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Both webinars will begin at 2:00 p.m. EST.  (The webinars are identical, so pick the one that fits your schedule best.)  The webinars will help set the context for your meetings by discussing priorities, meeting format, and appropriate attire and decorum.  Please encourage ALL participants from your institution -- especially students -- to join a webinar.
