Young Adult Transition Day 

Planning for life after high school? Work? Travel? College?
A Program for Young Adults with T1D or T2D on Insulin.

Join us for a day of learning that will address questions of young adults and their parents about traveling with diabetes, carb counting in the cafeteria, your rights in the work place and at school, talking to peers about diabetes, risks associated with drinking and how to be safe, driving privileges, and much more.

Program is geared toward high school juniors and above. 

Cost is $25 per person. Scholarship available upon request. Email transition@carbdm.org
