A Brand New World: The Business Side of Medical Practice 

Please join us March 20, 2015 for our Seminar on "The Future of Practicing Medicine in New Jersey." There will be a host of panelist speakers, as well as breakfast and refreshments served!

This free event will provide an in-depth overview of the future of practicing medicine in New Jersey and is designed to assist doctors, hospitals, and other medical practitioners on the business side of medical practice.

• Old Business Organization issues, including Partner/Member/Shareholder claims and other winding down issues

• Other liability claims; who is the Tax Matters Partner for any post-termination tax examinations?
• Recordkeeping and responsibility for the maintenance and production of records
• New Business Relationship Agreements – hospitals or group practices
• Negotiating and resolving disputes or other issues emanating from new practice relationships
