Dzambhala and the Protection of Bodhicitta

One-Day Retreat  with Lama Konchok Sonam

Sunday, December 28, 2014,  10am - 5pm

Dzambhala

Empowerment & Teachings for Wealth, Prosperity,  and Freedom

Join us for a special one-day retreat on the tantric meditational deity Dzambhala- the embodiment of the generosity of all the Buddhas and bodhisattvas of the past, present, and future. Holding a jewel-spitting mongoose, Dzambhala grants longevity and prosperity; poverty is relieved on a material as well as psychological level; dharma practioners are helped to have stable lives, free from worry. This practice is done to gain wealth and prosperity for accomplishing virtuous actions while on the path to complete enlightenment.

The founder of the Drikung Kagyu and enligtened master, Lord Jigten Sumgon, refers to Bodhicitta as the supreme wheel of protection.  Lama Sonam offers inspired teachings on relative and ultimate Bodhicitta.
