Business Planning Series:

Marketing 4-Session Class

This 4- part class is designed to help you begin to plan the marketing of your business. You will need more than just a great product or service to insure the success of your new business. You need to understand your market, identify your customers and get the word out about who you are and what you do.

In the Marketing Section of the Business Planning Series:

• You will learn about marketing research
• How to effectively market your business and
• Create a Marketing Action Plan to use and/or to incorporate in a business plan.

Class Starts: Tuesday, February 17 from 6-9 PM

Fee: $60-$120*

This class is taught by Debra Armstrong. She brings a unique perspective to entrepreneurial training with a background in both business and education.  She's had experience in chain retail management, small services business management, human resources and with her husband opened a small marketing and fulfillment business. She recieved her teaching credential and masters of education at Dominican University.  Her career continued as an educator for eight years with the Regional Occupational Programs at the Sonoma County Office of Education.  Among her curriculum, she taught entrepreneurship, marketing and employment skills. 

*Class prices on a Sliding Scale based on income.  The scale is based on the HUD guidelines; require an application and income verification.  Classes 4 weeks or longer are available on payment plans.
