Invites You to Go On A

Private Duty Field Trip

A unique experience where you and nine other owners will have the opportunity to spend one full day inside an 11,000 hour per week non-medical, private pay company.

Corona, California
March 17-18, 2015

There’s no better way to learn how to grow your home care business into a multi-million dollar enterprise than to go deep inside with someone who has already done it.

The Private Duty Field Trip is a unique experience where you and fourteen other owners will have the opportunity to spend one full day inside a non-medical, private pay company that provides 11,000 hours of service per week at the California location.  They also have a location in Louisiana that provides 6,000 hour per week.  The owners will show you through their offices, introduce you to key team members, describe their organization structure, and show you their internal processes.

Then you’ll have time to sit around the conference table and ask questions.  No holds barred. Ask anything you want. These incredible business owners are willing to open up their hearts, their minds, and their businesses to help you do what they have done … build a highly successful private duty business that makes a lasting impact on their clients, families, caregivers, and employees.  And, that makes a lot of money.

Meet Our Hosts
Alta Home Care

What Makes Alta Home Care Different?

Here are a few reasons why Alta Home Care stands out as southern California's home care leader:

1. Exclusive Care Management Program
This is truly personalized service! Each client is assigned his or her own dedicated Care Manager who can be reached via phone for any situation, need, resolution, or scheduling changes.

Every family is assigned a personal Care Manager who monitors client’s status, track progress, and ensure quality of care.

  • Each Care Manager conducts visits at the home on a regular basis and reports back to the primary contact.  They also check in with the family by telephone on a regular basis.
  • Care Managers ensure that the assigned caregivers are meeting the goals of the clients care plan.
  • Any changes in the schedule, concerns or questions can be answered by the clients care manager.

Our Care Managers build lasting relationships with their clients and families. By getting to know their clients on a personal level, Care Managers become familiar with each client’s unique situation and needs. They ensure caregivers are meeting the goals of the client’s care plan.

2. Complimentary Nurse Oversight Visits
A complimentary quality check visit is performed within 30 days of beginning care by Alta’s

3. Prompt Response Time
Alta Home Care can be reached toll-free by phone 24/7.  With Alta, clients and clinical partners can always call to speak with a live staff member anytime, 24/7.

4. Intensive Caregiver Training
Because there is no state requirement, many home care providers employee inexperienced caregivers with no formal training.  Alta goes above and beyond the minimum requirements: each Alta caregiver completes Alta Academy, an orientation training program which ensures caregivers understand all essential techniques for providing safe, effective care in a home setting.

5. Locally Established, Privately Owned
As a privately-owned company, Alta Home Care has the ability to adapt to needs of each client on an individualized basis. Because we are not a national franchise, our business decisions are made with California residents’ needs and concerns as our first priority.

Take a few moments to visit the website of Alta Home Care to get a clearer picture of the company you will be visiting during the Private Duty Field Trip.

Meet the CEOJake Fackrell Headshot

Your host will be the Founder and CEO of Alta, Jake Fackrell.  Jake started the business with a partner, and grew it to over 7,000 hours per week.  They then sold a majority interest in the company to an investment group.  Jake has stayed with the group, and has returned as the CEO of Alta after the ownership group purchased another home care business in Louisiana.

Come learn from Jake's first-hand experience in starting a company, growing a company, selling a company, and leading a multi-location home care company.

Our Field Trip Hotel

We have arranged for a group rate of $99.00 per night at the Springhill Suites Corona Riverside.  You will receive reservation information in your event confirmation email.

(If you're flying in, we recommend either John Wayne Orange County airport or Ontario, California airport, which is closer but smaller.)
