Develop a Winning Marketing Action Plan

So you’ve got a great idea for a product or service.  Now how do you turn it into something customers will want to buy?

Having an effective marketing strategy means understanding your customers, offering products that are relevant to them, and connecting with them both ONLINE and OFFLINE.

In this workshop, you will learn how to develop a marketing strategy that wins customers, and identify efficient and effective ways to get your message out by asking some critically important questions

  • How do I determine my customers’ needs?
  • Who is my customer?
  • How do I build a “minimum viable product”?
  • How will he/she use my product/service?
  • What do they need to know about it?
  • What makes it special, different, better?
  • How much will they pay?
  • How can they sign on, buy it?
