Patricia den Boer is an associate at OTUS Group. She will provide insight and suggestions that will help you to identify your ideal client or member and how to boost your membership engagement.
Social media can be a natural extension to connect with your ideal client or member. Robert Fraser is the President of oogled Digital Marketing Agency. He will discuss the creation of client personas, and the use of social media to reach your client or member persona. He will also discuss using landing pages and call-to-actions to turn your identified persona into clients and members.
