Strategic Partnering: The Role of the Selection Analyst in the Hiring Process

This interactive course explores the fundamental value of the parties involved in the hiring process – our subject matter experts, the human resources department, and us as the testing professionals.  Through lecture, discussion, and exercises, we’ll complete a journey through practical and innovative ways to maximize the people side of the hiring process, discussing ways to expand our current approaches, integrate common sense, and strategically address challenges we may encounter with melding the people pieces of the hiring process.  Focusing on best practices and the critical elements of the hiring process, this course will offer insights from the standpoint of the “who’s” we deal with in making the hiring process a success.
