2015 PARCA Annual Meeting 

The biggest issue facing the incoming Legislature is how to balance the state's budgets for 2016. At this year's annual meeting, PARCA is taking an in-depth look at three of the largest expenditures - Medicaid, Corrections and Education. We’ll hear from leaders in those fields- State Health Officer Don Williamson, Prison Reform Task Force Chairman and State Sen. Cam Ward, and State Superintendent Tommy Bice – about the strategic approaches in place or being considered to reform those programs.
