Jim Jubelirer is a Certified Gazelles Coach, one of 125 people trained by Verne Harnish to deliver the Rockefeller Habits business coaching framework. In the past year, Jim's clients have added millions of dollars of revenue and added hundreds of new jobs. This is a special one day workshop for business owners and their teams.
Together, we will create engagement and alignment of the senior team by discovering the WHY of the business and create a statement of Core Values. Spend a day with your team and gain clarity and inspiration that you will apply in specific and concrete ways to improve your results in 2015!
The Discover Your WHY/Core Values Workshop is designed to identify, harness and explode the core beliefs of your business and your team by creating clarity, vision and a unified culture – to become an inspired business!
How Does It Work
We guide each individual member of your team to discover their personal WHY – so they understand where they fit, what makes them tick, and how to communicate better with each other. Once we’ve helped your team discover their personal WHYs, we make the transition to talking about the WHY of the organization and how your team, as individuals, fit into that WHY.
In the afternoon, each company will work on creating the Core Values that express HOW they live their WHY. We will follow a step-by-step process to capture the broad aspirational values that are most alive in the organization and then translate those into specific behaviors that can be be used for hiring, training and marketing.
