Led by Dr. Steve Tidwell, this interactive workshop will provide guidance on how to negotiate both personally and professionally. The focus will be on having a purpose, being prepared, creating a plan, and prioritizing needs and wants. It's important that an individual understands not only who they are dealing with, but HOW to deal with them. The workshop will involve discussions on salary negotiations, purchasing items, and getting the most from your negotiating session.  The workshop is designed to help an individual develop their own strategy and style that empowers them to advancement both professionally and personally.

About Our Speaker

 Dr. Steve Tidwell has taught at the collegiate level for more than 15 years. As a professor of Business, Management, Human Resources and Negotiations, Steve exposes students to quality educational training and many years of business experience.  He spent 18 years with TXU in Customer Operations. His educational, training and business experience have enabled him to help establish new businesses, and correct problems in established businesses, bringing them to a more productive environment.  Steve currently serves on the Board of Directors for two organizations, is part owner of a home health business, and is an Ordained Baptist Deacon.
