He is a hands-on qualified accountant and company secretary, with significant SME & public company financial and commercial management experience. Finance Director for several listed and private companies. Corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and mergers, in addition to arranging finance from small bank facilities to supporting client companies to stock market flotation.
