2 Day 7S Workshop

Customers, employees and suppliers can tell a well-run organization without a narrated tour. The visual clues are everywhere. Establishing simple visual controls is one of the most important elements of becoming a Lean
Enterprise. 7S reduces the opportunities to make errors and help highlight, at an early stage, potential delays and disruptions.  7S is much more than “a place for everything and everything in its place”. 7S is comprised of seven principles to make people highly efficient, and effective in performing their doing work. This two day session will provide the participants with the principles of 7S.

Join us for our 2 day “7S" Workshop"  on January 14 and 28 from 8 am to 5 pm at Rex Moore Electrical Contractors located at 6001 Outfall Circle, Sacramento, California 95828.

The Workshop is designed to:

Provide participants with an overview of 7S, how it can benefit organization’s performance, an explanation of  each category, how to get started, things to avoid, and tips for leadership.

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

• Recognize the elements of 7S
• Begin to implement the 30 second rule
• Understand the importance of 7S in the workplace.
• Organize for a 7S event
• Conduct a red tag event
• Establish 7S standards
• Implement a 7S work area assessment system

Executive management, Senior Management, Mid-level management, Operations and Admin managers. Anybody in a decision-making capacity that leads or influence organizations.
