Fresh Sausage Making Class May 31st, 2015

Come and learn the art and science of making fresh pork sausages with Bolzano Artisan Meats. We'll be covering some basics of meat science, while we make two kinds of delicious sausages. No mere demonstration - each student is deboning, grinding, stuffing and twisting links, as well as taking home between 2 to 3 lbs of fresh natural sausage.
