TEENS ONLY! Fresh Sausage Making Class May 31st, 2015

A special teens-only version of our Fresh Sausage Making Class, with an hour at the start of class to cover related meat science topics, followed by deboning meat, then grinding meat, twisting links, as well as taking home between 2 to 3 lbs of fresh natural sausage.
