What can the Service Desk learn about Agile, Lean, and other concepts that software development is using and how can they be applied to increase customer satisfaction, improve team morale, and lead to innovative thinking?
This month's presenter, Tom Reinsel, has been in the IT industry since 1991, starting inside the help desk and then leading an ITSM consulting company with more than 300 consultants. In 2009, he co-founded an agile startup training company based on Scrum, a framework for getting work done faster and with team values that promote individuals, working software, customer collaboration, and responding to change. Join Tom as he brings ITIL and Agile together in a discussion and group exercises that will enhance your team’s productivity.
