There’s nothing like homemade pasta! It has so much more taste and texture then what you might buy at the market. In this fun hands-on class we’ll make homemade fettuccine - the old fashioned way with semolina flour, eggs and olive oil. We’ll roll it out and cut it with an Atlas pasta machine. We’ll also make delicious ricotta gnocchi - a delicate hand rolled pasta perfect with a homemade red sauce or pesto. If you’ve never tried homemade pasta you’re in for a treat! We’ll try everything we make - al dente, of course. You’ll leave with new recipes and the inspiration to make creative homemade pastas, a delicious simple red sauce and experiment with pestos on your own. We’ll taste wines chosen by Newport Wine Cellar to compliment the menu.
