Serious FALL Training Program

JOIN ONE OF OUR ONGOING SERIOUS CYCLING TRAINING SESSIONS

This is a program for all cyclists who are ready to improve their performance on the bike and ready to ride as a group - pace lining, drafting, pulling and working as a team to finish in a timely manner with minimal recovery.  

Our program will consist of the following:

• weekly training program - all levels
• USA Cycling coach-led group training rides (Sundays, 9:30am)
• personal feedback on the bike
• focus on group riding skills, etiquette & pace line practice
• benchmark threshold testing
• heart rate training workshop (must have working heart rate monitor)
• climbing & descending/cornering basics
• fueling & pacing for optimal performance clinic
• event day support when available

Our first meeting is on Sunday, August 16th for the start to the Spring session.  (join before August 1st and you get the Etiquette, Road Skills & Safety course for FREE)

Meet our head coach - Kathleen McCormick

Kathy’s goal is to help individuals discover their potential as athletes by offering
motivation, direction and inspiration to achieve goals that were previously thought
to be unattainable. She strives to provide a positive, supportive and fun
environment in which to train and she encourages athletes to make the change
from ‘working out’ to more focused and purposeful training.
