You'll meet "face-to-face" weekly with your fellow Boot Camp participants from across the country and your career coach who will guide you through the intensive Boot Camp curriculum.

Meet Coach Suzanne Coonan, MS, PHR,
“Virtual” Boot Camps Developer and Leader

Experienced iRelaunch boot camp leader, executive coach and former VP HR

Suzanne Coonan has a long-standing relationship with iRelaunch: we met her at our very first iRelaunch Return to Work Conference in 2008 when she headed up Human Resources for the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (LFGSM). Suzanne subsequently hired several relaunchers to work at LFGSM, including relaunch success story Carrie Buchwald who was a Conference attendee and returned to work after a 7-year career break. (Carrie is now in a senior position at LFGSM.)

Suzanne subsequently left LFGSM to develop a national executive coaching practice. She led our in-person Boot Camps in suburban Chicago, and led Boot Camps using our previous virtual platform. Suzanne converted our Boot Camp curriculum to a course she taught at LFGSM. We are privileged to have Suzanne head up our virtual coaching products. 

Suzanne is an accomplished Executive Coach, Consultant and Human Resources Leader, with 20
years of success in partnering with all levels to lead strategic workplace initiatives and provide solutions that help organizations and individuals achieve results. As an executive coach, Suzanne partners with high performing, high achieving leaders to navigate challenging and complex environments, advance their careers or explore new options, find more meaning and balance in work and life, and reach their highest leadership aspirations.

Participants will connect with Suzanne and the group using WebEx on your computer, laptop or tablet. We’ll walk you through how to use WebEx, a simple-to-use, popular business tool before boot camp starts. No worries if you haven’t used WebEx before.

• Due to the high demand and small class size for Virtual Boot Camps, we cannot give refunds.
• Unfortunately, we also cannot allow people to switch to another Virtual Boot Camp Session once registered, or to do a make up session with another Boot Camp group.
• By registering for this event, you agree not to share or distribute the proprietary and confidential curriculum materials. Additionally, Virtual Boot Camp registrants further ensure that by registering for Virtual Boot Camp, they agree not to share private recordings of the group sessions.
