2015 DuBois Dinner Dance 

Our Third Annual Dinner Dance event will be held Saturday, March 21, 2015! The event will be held at Lifetime Celebrations (formerly the Lithuanian Club) at 801 West Weber Avenue. All proceeds of this event benefit Grady's Decision in supporting the families of premature babies in the Penn Highlands NICU in Dubois! 

Doors open at 4pm. Dinner, provided by Nish Palumbo Catering, will be served between 5pm-7pm with a presentation at 6pm provided by Ryan Smith. Entertainment to be provided by local favorite band "The Ride" between 7pm-11pm. 

This event is open to Adults age 21 and over. 

How You Can Help: 

 Corporate Sponsorship Packages:

Please provide sponsorship information no later than 02/14. Also, please contact us if you do not intend on using your event tickets, as we do not want any open seats!

Gold Sponsorship Package: $500

Includes Name of Company on a Digital TV Monitor Screen, 8 Dinner/Dance tickets to the Event and a reserved V.I.P table.

Silver Sponsorship Package: $250

Includes Name of Company on a Digital TV Monitor Screen and 4 Dinner/Dance tickets to the Event.

Bronze Sponsorship Package: $150

Includes Name of Company on a Digital TV Monitor Screen and 2 Dinner/Dance tickets to the Event.

Individual Registration: $30

Individual registration gets you a ticket to the event.

Donations Greatly Appreciated:

Registration is limited to the first 300 people.

Grady’s Decision is exempt under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code and contributions to our organization are tax deductible. The amount of the tax deduction is reduced by the value received by the donor.
