Heidi Gibson is one of Renaissance's favorite success stories!
She graduated from the Renaissance Business Planning in 2009 and after one year, opened the first location of The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen with her business partner.
Five years later, Heidi is looking ahead to opening the third location of her much celebrated restaurant.
The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen has been named “#2: Best Grilled Cheese in the US” by Food & Wine, December 2014.
