Presentation Topics…

Rod Meldrum - The American Promised Land Covenant - A Journey Through Human History

This exciting new research is the framework for all the other presentations.

Where was the earliest "Promised Land" according to scripture?

Where are the two "Promised Lands" revealed by Christ?

Why is this knowledge critically important to us?

God made a covenant with Abraham that includes four specific blessings.  What are those blessings and what is required to attain them?  For what purpose does God provide these special blessings to his covenant people?  Where has this covenant been established and by whom throughout world history?

These four blessings form the basis for the success or failure of many civilizations through time.  They have been invoked by prophets, patriarchs and presidents again and again on two covenant and promised lands.  Adam, Abraham, Lehi, Moroni, George Washington, and other leaders of civilizations have invoked this sacred covenant with God on these two lands.  What happens when those civilizations reject God's blessings and turn from Him?  This will be one of the most powerful presentations you may ever see on evidences of the Book of Mormon as well as how to save a nation from destruction - the power of - the Promised Land Covenant.

Delores Kahkonen - Voices From the Past Leading the Way; from the Bible, the Book of Mormon, and the Native American Indians - the Lamanites

Our Prophet, President Monson said in an Oct. 2002 General Conference, “All of us living in the world today need points of reference – even models to follow . . . .”  The Bible, the Book of Mormon, and the Native American Indians function as one because their Voices from the Past Leading the Way bear witness and testify of Jesus Christ.  Many of us are aware of those in the Bible and even the Book of Mormon but know much less about the inhabitants of North America.  A vast amount has been hidden regarding the history of Native American Indians.  In this presentation you will learn how ancient Native American Indian people, the temple, their government, their ruins and petroglyphs work together to testify of where the Voices from the Past are Leading us. Come, be enlightened and discover some of their mysteries.

Jonathan Neville - The Smoking Gun of Book of Mormon Geography Theories; New Church History Research that Will Blow Your Socks Off

Since 1830, readers of the Book of Mormon have wondered where Lehi landed, where the wars took place, where the cities were, etc. Joseph Smith's early statements, writings and actions suggested a North American setting, but in 1842 several unsigned articles were printed in the Times and Seasons that linked the Book of Mormon events to Central America (Mesoamerica). For decades Church historians have wrestled with who wrote those articles.  Sophisticated "word print" analysis was employed using the three known editors, Joseph Smith, John Taylor and Wilford Woodruff, to tease out the unknown author.  Their findings found that of the three, Joseph Smith was the most likely author, even though Joseph's writing style was not a good match to the article.

Attorney and historical researcher Jonathan Neville has finally figured out who wrote those articles...and that person is about to become known as the "Smoking Gun" of Book of Mormon geography theories.  His name is...  to be revealed for the first time in public at this conference!  What you will learn from this presentation is going to forever change your mind (and the mind of church members everywhere) about the origins of the Mesoamerican Book of Mormon geography theory.

Jake Hilton - The Power of Book of Mormon Evidence- A Transformation Presentation - How the "Heartland" research affects every member of the Church, especially the youth!

Why does Book of Mormon geography matter?

Jake Hilton answers this question with what he calls "The Great Eight"—eight powerful reasons why a correct understanding of Book of Mormon geography is not only important, but vital to us as individuals, as Latter-day Saints, and as citizens of the United States of America, the promised land of the Book of Mormon.

This presentation has the power to transform your life and permanently strengthen your testimony in the Word of God—the Book of Mormon and the Bible. Come learn why a correct understanding of the geography of the Book of Mormon is so important to each of us that believe in the validity of this ancient history.

Rod Meldrum - Hebrews in the Heartland of America!

Ancient Hebrew writing has now been authenticated seven times in North America. A stone recovered in 1889 during an official Smithsonian Institution archaeological dig in a Hopewell burial mound in Tennessee has just a few weeks ago been verified to have an ancient Hebrew inscription carved into its surface.  Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and new 3D digital microscopy examination was performed by American Petrographic Services owner and forensic geologist Scott Wolter at the McClung Museum on the campus of the University of Tennessee. Their findings and conclusions are revolutionary.  This is the first, but not the only, artifact ever recovered and scientifically verified to have ancient Hebrew writing anywhere in the Americas, and it came from a Hopewell mound dating to Book of Mormon time frames! You will learn much more about these evidences for Hebrew written language at this conference!

Rod Meldrum - Zarahemla Temple Archaeological Excavation Update

For several years negotiations with the property owner of what is believed to be the actual site of the ancient Zarahemla temple of the Nephites has been ongoing.  Finally the owner decided he would sell the 15 acre property for $300,000.  It has taken a couple of months but we are pleased to announce some exciting news about the purchase of this site.  Come to the conference and find out what all the excitment is about!  Brother Wayne May, the man who initiated this project, is a very happy guy!
