Scotch Tasting
Join us Tuesday, January 27th from 7:30pm-9:30pm for a sampling of The House of Johnnie Walker with Master of Whisky, Kevin Mulcahy. Live music with Jeanine Duke and hors d'oeuvre pairing with each scotch.
Kevin Mulchay has been in the wine and spirits industry for 20 years. He completed in-depth training courses in whisky to receive his certification with Diageo. His training covered history, production process, wood/barrel management, maturation and the art of blending, as well as meetings with whisky experts from some of the world's most prestigious distilleries.

Red Label Welcome Cocktail: Scottish Mule with British Isle Cheeses
Cardhu: Mushroom and Goat Cheese Flautas with Date Sauce
Double Black Label: Pecan Crusted Lollipop Lamb with Mint Honey Mustard Sauce
Gold Reserve Label: Smoked Salmon Dip on Potato Cakes with Chipotle Aioli
Platinum Label: Cornbread Crustini topped with Smoked Ham and Mustard Mop Sauce
