Let the visitor center staff know that you are attending the Aerospace & Defense Symposium at the McChord Club.  If you are on the pre-approved list, you will be given a base pass for both days of the event. If are not on the pre-approved list, base security will run a check on your ID while you wait at the visitor center. Please allow 15-45 minutes for processing. If you are attending both days of the event and you are not on the pre-approved list, you will need to check in at the visitor center on both days.
