Tennessee is known world-wide for its ham & pork & Smiley's Farm is one of the most well-respected keepers of this Tennessee tradition. For generations, the Smiley family has worked to hone their abilities in the lost art of ham curing & butchering. Troy Smiley wants to share their knowledge & methods with you at this unique educational event.

You'll come to the farm, learn techniques for butchering and curing, and have a rare glimpse into Tennessee traditions and taste.  This class is only offered once per year and to a limited number of attendees. So book your spot at the Registration link below today!
