2015 Summer Camps 

Los Monitos Language Company brings back its MOST POPULAR Kid's Summer Camps and is offering some NEW camps in 2015. For 5-12 year olds, THREE Spanish Camps - Spanish Explorers, Spanish Cooking, and Los Artistas; TWO French Camps - French Cooking and French Detectives, AND Chinese Time Travelers - a journey back to ancient China!

French Detectives  June 22 - June 26

The Mona Lisa has been stolen from the Louvre! Campers work together with the head French detective to follow the clues all around France to recover it, "visiting" places like Le Louvre, l'Arc de Triomphe, Marseille, the region of Lyon and Normandy, they will have to quickly acclimate to the French language and France, in order to successfully solve this mystery. (Lunch NOT included.)

Spanish Explorers July 6 - July 10

Adapted from our popular after-school program, this camp takes kids on a journey through Latin and South America. Each day different countries are "visited" and explored, along with fundamental and explorer-critical Spanish vocabulary! The camp concludes with a wild trip to the Louisville Zoo! For ages 5-12. (Lunch NOT included.)

Spanish Cooking July 13 - July 17

One of our most popular camps, children discover one of the most famous aspects of Latin America - their food! There is no more effective way to learn a second language than through experience and this camp let's kids create daily delights! For ages 5-12. Lunch is included with this camp.

Chinese Time Travelers   July 20 - July 24

Campers learn about the rich history of China by TRAVELING BACK to significant times and places in China! This fun and engaging camp will help the campers learn about Chinese history, language, culture, and geography through a variety of media and activities. For ages 5-12. (Lunch NOT included.)

Los Artistas  July 27 - July 31

This NEW camp explores Latin America and the Spanish language through its arts!  Campers will learn language and history by engaging in Latin American cultural activities like painting, singing and dancing, cooking, and literature! (Lunch NOT included.) 

French Cooking July 27 - July 31

Discover the rich culture of France through this exciting and highly interactive camp for 5-12 year olds. Each day new vocabulary is learned and new culinary creations are made (and eaten!) Lunch is included with this camp.
