2015 Men's Retreat - Gospel Wakefulness 

Jared Wilson  is not a catalytic "agent of change" or a visionary anything. He is a failed church planter and once made a mess of his marriage. He likes food too much and worries way too much about what people think, and his last book proposal was rejected. But he knows Jesus loves him.

Oh, and by the way, Jared is the pastor of Middletown Springs Community Church in Middletown Springs, Vermont but is soon transitioning to Midwestern Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri to serve as Director of Content Strategy and Managing Editor of "For The Church," a new website for gospel-centered resources.

What do our families and our churches need more than anything? What does our world need more than anything? A real experience of the historical reality of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Over four sessions, Jared will lay out for us from God's word how central the Gospel ought to be for our Christian lives, and how wonderful and enormous this good news -- our only hope -- really is.
