2015 Federal SBIR-STTR TOUR & Annual KY Conference
More than $21 Billion in SBIR/STTR funding have been invested to support scientific excellence and tehcnological innovation led by approximately 15,000 small businesses in America. The 2014 Kentucky SBIR/STTR Conference is an opportunity for small tech businesses, entrepreneurs, and university researchers to learn about the annual $2.5 billion in Federal SBIR/STTR Program available to support competitive ideas that will stimulate technological innovation and economic development.
Conference speakers will cover basic facts regarding the Federal SBIR/STTR program as well as Kentucky's own SBIR/STTR Assistance opportunitties. Program managers from several Federal Agencies will present on their agency-specific programs and be available for one-on-one meetings with conference attendees.
This event is designed primarily for technological innovators from universities and small businesses, as well as bussiness, state and local leaders, students and PostDocs. Those people interested in small business innovation research and small business technology transfer projects and proposal preparation will benefit.
