Making Connections and Building Momentum


North Carolina's second summit to address older adults falls prevention will provide an opportunity for professionals to come together and learn how they can strengthen their efforts to help seniors stay strong, stay active, and stay standing.

The emphasis of this conference is to put proven falls prevention programs into action in communities across NC and will be of interest to anyone working with older adults to prevent falls. Register today!
