Overcoming the Dysfunctions of a Team 

A number of years ago, leadership guru Patrick Lencioni roared onto the scene with a series of books addressing many of the common problems that one encounters when attempting to provide leadership. In the opinion of many, his book, "5 Dysfunctions of a Team" is his best.

I would agree for this simple reason especially when applying his teaching in the context of the church for ministry within the church is a team effort. On March 10, 2015 ACGC will conduct the next ACGC Equip event on this very subject. Not only will we identify the most common dysfunctions, but present teaching on how one can overcome them.

This seminar, beginning with lunch at 11 a.m., and the seminar (noon till 4 p.m.) we will provide all that you need to begin to bring into your team a more effective way to do ministry.
