2015 United Way Annual Volunteer Recognition Event 

Thank you for registering for United Way of East Central Iowa's 2015 Volunteer Recognition Event! 

Please complete the registration form by clicking below.

NOTE: When registering a corporate table (10 seats), please use the following directions:

• Please register all names of attendees. If this is not possible at the time of registration, please register your guests as follows: LAST NAME as your COMPANY NAME and FIRST NAME as GUEST.
• If you are not entering guest names, please enter their email address as no@email.com.
• The first person who registered for a table will select CORPORATE TABLE as the fee.
• Guests at the table will select SEAT AT CORPORATE TABLE.  

You should receive a confirmation email after you have successfully registered.  If you DO NOT receive this within 24 hours, please contact us at events@uweci.org or 319-398-5372.
