2015 Junebug ArtFest Performers & Writers Application 

Performers and writers are invited to take part in the annual Metuchen Junebug ArtFest, which will be held from 6:00 – 10:00 pm every Friday evening in June 2015 (June 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th) in downtown Metuchen.

THIS REGISTRATION FORM AND OTHER REQUESTED INFORMATION IS DUE BY APRIL 3rd IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2015 JUNEBUG ARTFEST.

PLEASE NOTE: Completing this form does NOT guarantee a time slot in the event. A Committee Member will contact you to advise if you have been selected by April 20th.

THIS EVENT IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO SHOWCASE YOUR BAND/WORK; THERE IS NO COMPENSATION FOR YOUR PERFORMANCE.

We ask that you please consider making a non-refundable donation of $35 to help defray the cost of the event. Checks can be made payable to the Metuchen Area Chamber of Commerce and mailed to the Metuchen Area Chamber of Commerce; 323 Main Street; Metuchen, NJ 08840.
