Attend the CIPS Institute in Southern California
Instructor David Wyant (2009 & 2012 NAR CIPS Instructor of the year) will spend the week with you discussing global transactions and how California REALTORS® (and REALTORS® from across the country) can profit from becoming a Certified International Property Specialist. Taking the full Institute fulfills the classroom requirements for the CIPS designation.

The West San Gabriel Valley Association of REALTORS® is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles and 5 minutes from Pasadena. Fly in to one of our local airports, LAX, Burbank, Ontario or John Wayne and enjoy the week in Southern California!

The course fees for all 5 days:

• $549 for WSGVAR members
• $599 for non-WSGVAR members

The single day course fees for day 1 Thru day 5:

• $150/day for WSGVAR members
• $175/day for non-WSGVAR members

Breakfast and lunch are not included.
