Creating a Collaborative Approach to Address an Aging NH

Goals for the session:

• Introduce and create a shared understanding of Collective Impact as a framework for moving forward collaboratively

• Develop consensus around opportunities to apply Collective Impact to strengthen the work being done to support elder friendly communities in New Hampshire

• Explore the creation of a common agenda based on the Shared Vision of the EH’s Elder Health Advisory Committee

• Build energy, enthusiasm and commitment for approaching the work within a Collective Impact framework
