Food Vendors - Your participation fee includes a 10' x 10' white flame retardant feshttptival tent, one 8' x 2' table, 2 folding chairs, and booth signage with your business name. I further understand that participants who do not abide by The Hooley on Kamm’s Corners™/City of Cleveland permits and/or requirements will not be permitted to conduct business at The Hooley on Kamm’s Corners™ and will be required to leave the premises without a refund. I, for myself, my heirs, and executors, and as authorized representative of the above named business, waive, release, and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages, demands, loss or damage to property or actions and agree to hold harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law The Hooley on Kamm’s Corners™, the City of Cleveland, Kamm's Corners Development Corporation, event sponsors, affiliate organizations and its affiliated owners for any and all injuries suffered by me, other participants, or customers due to my negligence. I acknowledge that liability insurance is required to be carried by all vendors and by completing the registration I agree I will have insurance in place at the time of The Hooley on Kamm’s Corners™.
