Caltrans District 8 Director Basem Muallem also will deliver remarks on the Inland Empire transportation program and innovative pavement projects. We will also have a representative from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to discuss various federal initiatives and provide an update on federal funding. We will also get the local agency perspective in our technical presentations.
