April 30, 2015 Warm Up $1000 added Barrel Race  15th Anniversary Barrel Bash

• REMINDER:  enter everyone under one email address, just hit ADD button.  If you leave the entry system to add more contestants you will have to use a different email address to be successful.
• 5-D Open Barrel Race @ 7 pm, with $1000 added, $35 EF
  
• Exhibitions are at 3 pm for $4 each, 1 minute time limit
  
• $10 late office charge per horse for entries if after midnight on April 25
  
• Entries on site close after 100th horse runs starts at 7 pm on Thursday night, cash only
• Run For the Bonus 2016 Qualifier run
  
• Exhibitions start at 3:00 pm on Thursday
  
• $4.00 office charge for everyone whether you enter online or in person
• RV hookups are $20 per night, assigned first to pay, closest to stall barn, please put in the number of nights you will need on registration form
  
• $8 per bag of shavings, no outside bedding allowed.
• The draw will be posted at barrelracerslimited.com by Tuesday, April 28 at noon.
• Exhibitors will make entries for May 1-3 and reserve stalls at barrelbash.com
• Enter here for warm up (April 30 only) and reserve hookups with the number of shavings you want to purchase, here on this entry form to follow.
• Hookups are $20 per night so you have to put the number of nights you will need on the entry form to pay now so I can assign the numbered hookups with first come, first serve.
• Bags of shavings are $8 each and if you would reserve them in advance, I will know how many to have in your stalls already delivered before April 30.
• Host hotels are Sleep Inn at 402-721-8400 at $70 per night, breakfast included, and Oak Tree Inn at 402-721-1900 at $65 per night, breakfast included.  You will have to mention "Barrel racing" to get the discount. These rooms are normally $110 per night.  Oak Tree Inn will allow a dog to stay with you in the room.  You will need to make a reservation early because of many weddings, Berkshire-Hathaway annual meeting, etc in the area during this weekend.
• 15th anniversary BBQ will be held on Saturday night in the Senior Center, just south of the indoor arena.  Tickets are $10 each, available on Barrel Bash's entry form, and it will be served buffet style, all you can eat, with musical entertainement.  Hours are from 5 pm until 8 pm so come, visit, and enjoy stories from 15 years ago at the very first Barrel Bash 2000.
