San Antonio SCORE Strategic Planning Workshop

Every business needs to do strategic planning - not just big corporations - but every company big, or small. In this workshop you will learn the steps in the process of planning for the longer term. Knowing the goals of your business is important, and with strategic planning you will develop the road map of how to achieve those goals.

Workshop Presenter:

Owner of Gonzalez Strategic Consulting, Iris Gozalez has helped local government, agencies, and organizations over the past 22 years with strategic planning and implementation.  An experienced Homeland Security analyst, Iris worked from 2009-2013 with both the City of Houston and with Harris County, Texas to develop multiple catastrophic emergency response and public health pandemic response plans.  Iris also led a team in 2011 to develop the Critical Infrastructure and key Resources (CIKR) implementation plan for the Austin-Round Rock, Texas region,producting a road map for an effective CIKR protection and resilience program.

From 2011-2013 Iris also planned technical assistance and resources (www.SmartPolicingInitiative.com) for police departments across the U.S. to help them incorporate data-driven policing practices.  Ms. Gonzalez is currently based in San Antonio, Texas and continues to provide analysis, strategic planning, and implementation support for local organizations, as well as training workshops.  You can find Iris at www.linkedin.com/in/gonzalexstrategicconsulting/
