How do I pay? Click on the "Register Now" link at the top of this page, and the registration form will ask you whether you are paying by credit card or by check.

If you indicate credit card it will prompt you to enter your card information via the WePay platform.

If you pay by check: make checks payable to AAWCC Oregon; please include a note of which attendee(s) the check pays for (this is very important!); mail both the check and the note of who it pays for, to:

You will receive a confirmation of your PAID-by-check registration by email when the check is processed.

How do I change my payment method? If you have already registered but need to change your payment method, email heather.white@mhcc.edu and she will work with you on this. 

How do I apply for a Scholarship? All the information you need is on our Scholarships Page. Otherwise you can email our VP of Finances, Cherie Maas-Anderson at cmaas@pcc.edu

Hotel Room Reservations & Discount Code? Discounted Rooms start at $123/night - tell them you are with the "2015 AAWCC Oregon Chapter Summer Conference." This discount has been extended 2 days before and 2 days after our conference, for your vacationing convenience. Contact the Salishan on your own:

Indicate you are with the 2015 AAWCC Oregon Chapter Summer Conference

“All room rates are based upon single or double occupancy and are quoted exclusive of applicable local tax, currently at 10%.  Each additional adult after two (2) people will be charged $20.00 per room, per night. Salishan Spa & Golf Resort is offering a discounted group resort service fee of $7.50 per room, per night.  This fee is normally $12.50 per room, per night.  Included in the resort service fee are several amenities; hi-speed wireless internet access,  local telephone calls, USA Today (Monday – Friday, except holidays), 18-hole putting course, preferred tee times, fitness center, in-room Keurig coffeemakers with specialty coffee, bottled water, bathrobes and private access to the beach.  All guestrooms are non-smoking.” 

Receipts and Confirmation Emails? Upon registering, you will automatically receive a confirmation email and a payment receipt usually within a few minutes. If not, email Heather.White@mhcc.edu 

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds. You are welcome to substitute a different person for a paid registration, but make sure to let Heather.White@mhcc.edu know, thanks! 

Can I register a group of people together? Everyone must register online; you must register only 1 attendee at a time through the online form. If you are paying by check, you can write 1 check for multiple attendees, but be sure to indicate each attendee the check pays for. See above for how to pay by check. 

Will there be food? Yes! We will feed you breakfast and lunch as part of your registration fee.
