The Springs Groundbreaking Celebration   

Join us in celebrating the start of construction on The Springs Apartments!

This groundbreaking will bring together Arlington County elected leadership and staff, the neighboring community and affordable housing supporters to celebrate the construction of APAH's new 104-unit property that will add 98 affordable units to the Ballston area in North Arlington. The event will include remarks from County leadership, the community and our partners.

All community members are welcome to attend. Light lunch and refreshments will be served.

UPDATE: Please note the new indoor location. The program will take place at The Carlin (4300 N Carlin Springs Rd), followed by the groundbreaking at The Springs (555 N Thomas St). These locations are along the same block.

About The Springs
APAH purchased Carlyn Springs Apartments in 1997. Built in 1963, the property consisted of 27 units.

APAH is redeveloping Carlyn Springs Apartments into The Springs, a five-story, 104 unit mixed use development that will add 98 new affordable units. The Springs will be home to APAH’s new headquarters and an onsite resident services program. The project will be completed in 2016. Learn more here.
