 Keynote speaker and preacher: 

"Relevancy and Resilience in the Church" with The Rev. Dr. Ken McFayden Dean of the Leadership Institute and Professor of Ministry and Leadership Development at Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond, Virginia and author of "Strategic Leadership for a Change:  Facing Our Losses, Finding Our Future."

Room block and water park pass information:

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center at a rate of $70.00 single or $99.00 double, triple, or quad per night. When adding an additional guest to the rooms with sofa beds there will be a charge of $20.00 per person per night in addition to the base rate. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, currently 11.5%, in effect at the time of check-in. Tax-exempt status must be arranged in advance by mailing or faxing a copy of your tax exempt certificate. This can be arranged through a reservationist. Please reference the “Presbyterian Gathering” when reserving your room. Make your hotel room reservations by calling 877-253-5466. This room block is limited. To ensure that you get our special rate, please make your plans as early as possible. These rooms are available at the group rate until the room block has been filled, after which the Kalahari’s standard rate and availability restrictions will apply.  

Please note: the group rate applies to both Saturday May 2nd and Sunday May 3rd.  

Guest rooms include water park passes up to four passes per room for a standard room. Should you need more; passes can be purchased at $25 per person.

Please plan to stay at the hotel even if you live nearby.  We look forward to "unscheduled" opportunities to connect and want to be sure to meet our room commitment to the resort!
