Watch the above video of this evening class with yoga teacher Dina Radcliffe, RYT. You'll enjoy the ambiance of soft music and candlelight while flowing from pose to pose, integrating breath with movement. You can expect a combination of working postures to stretch and tone the body, and gentle postures to free the joints and rest deeply. This class will often include gentle variations on sun salutations to build strength. Click the video above to see what this class is like . . . 

Dina will instruct you on the use of props, modifications and variations of the poses to help you find your comfortable balance of work and comfort in each posture. Suitable for beginners to intermediate.$15 per class or $120 for ten class pack.

About Dina

Dina Radcliffe, RYT is a Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT with years of experience teaching yoga in Southwest Florida. She teaches a variety of classes from Hatha and Flow Yoga to Restorative and Chair Yoga, and has worked with all kinds of yoga students -  from children to practitioners 102 years old! She has 5 years of experience working with Alzheimer’s patients.

Through her Yoga courses, Dina teaches and guides her students to come into Breath and Mindfulness. She runs her classes with passion and grace, teaching the benefits of breath work, meditation, mindfulness and self-awareness through traditional and contemporary Yoga poses. Her main goal is to create awareness for her students, and focus upon and improve their breathing. Breath calms and resets the body, mind and spirit into a state of balance.
