Drought, fire and population growth are just some of the factors affecting the Upper Hondo watershed. In order to address the challenges Lincoln County faces, ENMU-Ruidoso Community Education is focusing on watersheds for its annual Forest Health conference. “A Watershed Moment: Stakeholders and Stewardship of Lincoln County Water Basins”
