Speed is the #1 skill that every coach wants from his athletes. Speed and agility are also one of the most under coached and under address skills there is. Efficiency in movement while running, sprinting, and changing direction can be taught and many athletes aren't familiar with the proper technique that improve efficiency, deliver power, and create greater acceleration.
Our 5-day speed and agility camp will break down and educate athletes in the proper mechanics that creates a foundation for acceleration and deceleration. We'll teach the movement patterns that create efficient running technique. This will all be done with the consideration of all sports in mind from Football to Tennis and everything in between. The camp will cover acceleartion, linear and lateral movement, and the change of direction both inside and outside on a variety of surfaces.
Student-athletes are students before they're athletes and students each learn differently. In addition to instant access to coaching from Strength & Conditioning coaches, every athlete will recieve the help of video analysis to identify weaknesses in their technique and ways to improve over the course of the week.
