Athletes and Judges meet to review WOD Standards @ 8:10am
Event 1, Heat 1 Immediately following
WOD #1 “50/50” (9 Min Cap)
- 10 Thrusters (135/95Rx – 95/65Sc)
- 40 BFB
- 20 Thrusters (135/95Rx – 95/65Sc)
- 30 BFB
- 30 Thrusters (135/95Rx – 95/65Sc)
- 20 BFB
- All Reps MUST be Split in Half between partners. (Ex: Rd 1 Each does 5 Thrusters & 20 BFB)
- Only 1 Athlete working at a time.
- All reps are totals between both athletes.
Movements:
- Thrusters: Hip Crease below the knee & Full Extension of the hips, knees and elbows with Bar Overhead.
- Bar Facing Burpees: Athlete will face the bar and jump with both feet and land on opposite side of the bar. You cannot jump over bar laterally, again Face the Bar.
- NOTES: You don’t have to land with both feet at same time.
WOD #2 “Partner DT” (10 Min AMRAP)
- 12 DL (155/105Rx – 115/65Sc)
- 9 Hang Clean
- 6 Jerks (STOH)
- Athlete #1 will do 1 FULL Rd of DT, then Athlete #2 does 1 full Rd. Continue for 10 Min. Either athlete can start the WOD. However you may not change it during the WOD.
Movements:
- DL: Hips, Knees fully extended & the shoulders behind the Bar. Bar must come in contact with floor for each rep.
- HC: Bar cannot pass below the knee. Elbows must pass in front of bar with Hips & Knees at full extension.
- Jerk: Essentially STOH. We will accept a Press, Push Press, Push Jerk or Split Jerk.
WOD 3 “Jump Around” (3 Min Max Reps)
- Box Jump 24 Rx/20 Scaled
- Guys/Girls will use same Box
- Only 1 athlete working at a time.
- Must Hip extend on top of Box before coming down.
- Rep is counted when athlete is at full extension and on top of Box.
- WOD’s 3 & 4 run back to back but are scored separately
REST 1 Min Then….
WOD #4 “Chipper” (6 Min AMRAP)
- 10 HSPU (Sc 2 Ab mat)
- 20 Snatches (135/95Rx – 105/65)
- 30 TTB/Knees to Chest
- 40 DU/ Singles
- Only one athlete working at a time
- Reps can be split up any way you like.
- One athlete may do all required reps for movement. Again, split reps any way you like.
Movements:
- HSPU: Head comes in contact with mat. Arms fully extended with both feet in contact with the wall. Strict or Kipping allowed.
- Your hands must be within the Gray Box (36x24)
- Snatch: Bar will make 1 continuous movement from floor to overhead position. Squat, Power or Split Snatch accepted.
- TTB: Feet will come in contact with the bar at the same time. Feet will break the bar plane at the bottom.
WOD #5 “Sq. Clean Speed Relay” (3 Min Cap)
- 3 Sq. Cleans 225/135Rx – 165/95 Sc
- 2 Sq. Cleans 245/150Rx – 185/115Sc
- 1 Sq. Cleans 265/165Rx – 205/125Sc
- Athlete #1 completes 3 Sq. Cleans, then tags partner for them to do same. Do this for all 6 Bars.
- Time ends when last athlete crossed finish line.
Movements:
- Sq. Clean: Hip Crease below the knee & Full Extension of the hips & knees in a controlled position with bar in rack.
