Mark Moeller is President of The Recipe of Success, a consulting firm in restaurant development. He has owned 2 restaurants, one in Manhattan - a French crepery and a bistro in New Jersey.
Steve Semaya is the owner and operator of Strada 18 apizza e vino in South Norwalk and Boulevard 18 Bistro & Wine Bar, a French Bistro in New York.
Ken Roffe is Managing Partner at Roffe & Green, Inc. His experience has focused on sales, marketing, business development and general management with Fortune 500 companies. Ken's experience has been in both B2B and B2C marketplaces - he has significant experience finding growth opportunities for clients internationally. His consulting work focuses on B2C companies in healthcare, consumer products, hospitality, retail and automotive services.
