This State 911 Department approved Continuing Dispatch Education Class is offered through the Massachusetts Communications Supervisors Association in conjunction with the Orange County New York Division of Emergency Communications is presenting this Active Shooter Incidents for Telecommunicators class to provide training in the receipt and dispatch of Active Shooter Incidents.
This one-day course blends the knowledge and skill building information needed for a basic telecommunicator with the most up-to-date information on the technology, issues and history surrounding today’s Active Shooter Incidents in the Public Safety community.
