Development Plans for the Loop-Hudson Valley in Newburgh
Join the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS' Commercial & Investment Division for its March 26 breakfast meeting at the Goshen Historic Harmess Racing Track and get a first hand look at plans for the Loop-Hudson Valley in Newburgh.
Formerly known as The Marketplace at Newburgh, this 650,000 square foot retail development will be built on a 120-acre parcel in the Town of Newburgh.
Our special guest speaker will be Tom Wilder, Principal of the Wilder Companies.
A Continental breakfast will be served. Networking begins at 9:30 a.m. and the program starts at 10:00 a.m.
